The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful views; the on-site restaurant serves excellent authentic food, and the staff are efficient and attentive.

The staff was pretty friendly and our stay in September was excellent. the hotel's location is marvellous, right next to Getreidegasse, the Altstadt, and the historic centre of Salzburg. - We had a lovely evening having dinner and drinks at the nearby Vnothek Zum Bacchus.

Its location not very far from Mirabell Palace was stunning and lovely. The airport was approx 10 minutes' drive away. The room was wonderfully decorated and spotless with a touch of style, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I've had a such wonderful stay in this September. The hotel was fairly clean with fantastic and stunning location on the walking street and updated rooms. Location: the property was just off restaurants and bars and the river, an affiliated property. I had some drinks at Seppo Caffe e Spumante, positioned 500 feet away.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated right in the heart of the charming old town with plenty of amazing dining choices.

the goldener hirsch was simply amazing. the location is perfect, with all the attractions of old town within a few minutes walk. the staff were extremely helpful and provided useful information. the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. i can't recommend this hotel highly enough. it exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon trip.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the charming Old Town, with all the attractions within a short walk. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful information and making me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were modern and stylish, with all the basic amenities I needed, and a lovely view of the surrounding area. Plus, the breakfast included was absolutely delicious, a great way to start the day. One detail I loved was the attention to detail in the renovated interiors, making my stay even more enjoyable. And just like the reviews mentioned, the bed linens were truly wonderful.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in the Old Town of Salzburg. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the pedestrian area, making it easy to explore all the attractions and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated with a modern cave-like structure, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. The rooms may not be spacious, but they were well-appointed and luxurious, with thoughtful amenities and a purposeful layout. The turn down service was a lovely touch, with fruits, wine, and the delicious chocolates waiting for me each evening.

Staff at front desk were superb. Every question answered. Every location carefully explained with a map. Our car handled with care. In and out porters excellent. Could not have been better. A fine repeat of our first two stays at your hotel over several years. Bravo!

There are any number of complaints we might make after three weeks on the road concerning several of your competitors...but all these problems pale in consideration when it comes to your hotel which was simply the best of seven hotels in which we stayed.

Mixture between traditional austrian style and luxury

Great location in Old Town with convenient access to everything. Lovely staff with helpful dinner recommendations and assistance with reservations. Perfect rooms with cozy down comforters and spacious bathrooms. Fantastic experience, will book again.
